14-day right to return

As an EU consumer you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, no reason needed. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return

Contact us first via the Contact page or at hello@example.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and the steps so your parcel reaches the right place.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We will email you when the refund is processed.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact page. We will arrange a free return and a replacement or refund — this is in addition to your 14-day right above.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns you cover the cost of sending the item back. For faulty or incorrectly supplied items we cover return shipping. Delivery options and any free-delivery thresholds are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
