Orders & delivery
Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days within Lithuania and 3–7 working days elsewhere in the EU. Full options and costs are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen method. Qualifying orders ship free — the threshold is shown in your cart and on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Yes, we ship to most of the EU. Delivery times and fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it to your door or pickup point.
Returns & refunds
You can return unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. The full process is on our Returns & Refunds page.
Contact us first via the Contact page to start a return, then send the item back as described on the Returns & Refunds page.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. See Returns & Refunds for details.
We are sorry to hear that. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact page and we will arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns & Refunds policy.
Sizing, care & account
Check our Size Guide for clothing, footwear and measuring tips. If you are between sizes, the guide suggests which way to go.
Follow the care label on each item. As a rule, wash cooler, dry flat where possible and reshape knitwear while damp to keep pieces looking their best.
Most styles are true to size, but cuts vary. Each product description notes the fit, and the Size Guide gives garment measurements to compare.
