1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from our online store. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms. 3. Ordering and contract formation

When you place an order we send an acknowledgement email; this confirms we have received your order but does not yet form a contract. The contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error is obvious.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers using a secure connection.

5. Product availability and descriptions

We try to keep stock and product information accurate, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished garment. If an ordered item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

6. Delivery

7. Your right to cancel, returns and refunds

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, or scraping content. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.
